This is my second year training with Michelle and I absolutely love every training session with her. She is very focused and committed in helping her clients make fitting, realistic and appropriate changes to their bodies that will promote health, and reach their goals. She carefully monitors the progress of my workouts and changes the exercise program so that I continue to make noticeable progress, and work on those areas in my body that need focus.
